- Request DU Sponsorship
- Request VA Sponsorship
- Request USDA Sponsorship
- Sign Up Individual Logins for FGMC's Appraisal Site
- Call your credit agency and add FGMC’s Freddie Mac Seller ID

Step Into The Ring
Let's get this going! There are 3 ways to start working within the Boost Portal:
- Option 1. Requesting the initial disclosure package only
- Option 2. Requesting the Initial disclosure package and submit the loan to underwriting
- Option 3. Submitting your Broker disclosed loan into underwriting
Decision Time
Your dedicated loan team will guide you through the steps needs to get to the final round. Your Account Executive and Account Manager are assigned to your account to be your specific point of contact for every loan, getting to know you and your deals. A change in circumstance is requested on the Boost Portal. If you have any questions please contact your Account Manager.
Closing Disclosure
When your file is ready for a closing disclosure (CD) request, your Account Manager will initiate the process. As long as your Account Manager submits your CD request by 3pm CST during a normal business day, we are committed to issuing the CD the same day! Our operations team is quick and nimble working hard to meet deadlines that other lenders can’t touch.
Time to Fund!
When you receive your clear to close, your Account Manager will work with you on possible closing dates and inform your closer. You closer will then confirm with title. It’s time to win the round and deliver on your promise to the borrower.
